All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check it's status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

We are not responsible for missing or lost packages, or for any damage that occurred during shipping. Any claims should be filed with USPS. If your package was insured, you can file a claim. If your package is missing or lost, you can file a report here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

Refunds & exchanges: All sales are final. If we make a mistake with your order or if it arrives damaged, please contact us so I can resolve it.
